Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless arrival experience for all guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during night hours, monitoring the lobby and ensuring safety and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, public spaces, and hotel key management systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and the property is secure.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports with precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services role.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
