Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions with a helpful attitude.
- Reservations & Check-in: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including handling reservations and verifying payment information.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails promptly to ensure no guest request goes unanswered.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and escalate to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, folios, and daily reports.
- Visual Standards: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
