Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Engineering or Management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
