Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 staff members during assigned shifts (evenings, nights, weekends)
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Train new staff on hotel systems and service standards
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift audits
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Optimize occupancy rates and upsell premium services
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Opera or PMS hotel management systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
