Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Process reservations efficiently using our property management system (PMS) and ensure a warm welcome for all arriving guests.
- Night Audit Operations: Perform nightly financial reconciliations, manage cash handling, and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Guest Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries or requests promptly, even during the late hours.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras, secure the lobby area, and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
- Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report any maintenance issues or amenities that need attention to the on-call maintenance team.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute mail and packages to guest rooms and administrative offices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software or property management systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive information accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
