Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests arriving at the hotel or facility with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration forms are completed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Assist guests with any special requests, from room service to local recommendations.
- Process payments and manage the front desk cash drawer with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with operating standard hotel software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
