Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/check-out assistance and concierge support
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Manage dining operations, food service, and beverage preparation
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
