Responsibilities
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key distribution using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, manage the switchboard, and take accurate messages or orders.
- Security & Access: Monitor the lobby and premises to ensure guest safety and implement access control procedures.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs or room status updates to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate daily logs, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare nightly reports.
Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
