Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Operations: Manage the front desk console, including answering multi-line phones, processing credit card transactions, and managing the key control system.
- Reservations: Assist with room bookings and modifications using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Relay accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to guests.
- Administrative: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including organizing the lobby and filing necessary paperwork.
- Support: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Oracle, StayNTouch, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attitude: A strong customer service orientation with a positive and energetic attitude.
