Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our proprietary reservation system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation details
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
