- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during the night shift.
- Process credit card payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
