As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. If you have a positive attitude and a desire to serve, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Verify guest identities, collect payments, and process charges accurately.
- Manage the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and address any immediate concerns or complaints.
- Monitor security cameras and door access systems to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform nightly closing duties, including cash handling and facility inspections.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
