Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize all surfaces, and ensure room readiness.
- Restock amenities, including toiletries and linens, to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- No prior housekeeping experience required; a strong work ethic is preferred.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
