Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing reservations.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of the property and guests during the night shift.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-out and address any immediate guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment.
