Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the evening and night hours, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure the security and safety of all guests and hotel property.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine environment.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve guest issues with a calm demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
