Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with luggage storage and provide local directions to guests.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.
