Responsibilities

  • Seamless Check-In/Out: Manage the arrival and departure of guests with precision and a warm welcome, ensuring accurate data entry into our PMS system.
  • Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all in-house guests, addressing inquiries, providing local recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
  • Security & Safety: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of guests and employees, monitor security cameras, and respond promptly to any alarms or incidents.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the central communication node between the front desk, housekeeping, engineering, and security teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and service recovery scenarios with patience and professionalism, escalating complex matters to the Night Manager when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or a related customer service role.
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera, StayNTouch, or similar software.
  • Professionalism: A high standard of grooming, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
