Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests, resolving issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in the coordination of daily hotel operations and staff schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
