Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries, resolve guest complaints, and assist with special requests.
- Monitor building security, ensuring all fire exits and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily shift reports.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements or local recommendations.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 30+ WPM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid Driverβs License preferred.
