Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a professional and welcoming experience at all hours.
- Check-In/Out: Process check-ins, check-outs, and room key issuance efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Manage the front desk phone lines and email inquiries, relaying messages to appropriate departments promptly.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the shift drawer at the end of the night.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with requests such as wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and lobby areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Maintenance Coordination: Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to handle cash and process transactions with high accuracy.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our brand standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
