Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a professional and welcoming experience at all hours.

  • Communication: Manage the front desk phone lines and email inquiries, relaying messages to appropriate departments promptly.
  • Financial Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing the shift drawer at the end of the night.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with requests such as wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and lobby areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the management team immediately.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
