Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across guest areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Assist with event setup and guest requests as needed
- Follow all brand and operational procedures consistently
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
