Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are restocked and organized to brand standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the engineering or management team.
- Maintain a safe working environment by promptly reporting hazards or spills.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and cleaning protocols.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
