In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving late into the evening. You will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed, comfortable, and secure, managing the front desk operations with precision and care.

Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests arriving during the night shift.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, managing room inquiries and special requests professionally.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily financial reports and verifying room status.
- Monitor security systems and patrol common areas to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and assist with wake-up calls and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a professional demeanor.
