Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
- Manage room reservations and inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office applications)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
