Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage hotel reservations, registrations, and check-outs using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and requests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and concierge services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
