Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications accurately
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and manage cash drawer securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to guests
- Complete nightly audit reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
