Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/out experiences
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Strong multitasking and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid KY food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
