Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in/out using our PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable service
- Assist with luggage and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
