Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Respond to guest requests with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Answer multi-line phone system professionally
- Prepare daily reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
