Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Operate property management systems and maintain guest data confidentiality
- Assist with valet services, concierge requests, and local recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
