- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing via hotel systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – training provided!
