Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Manage room reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintenance requests
- Process payments and operate property management systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
