- Manage reservations, handle inquiries via phone/email/social media
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Utilize property management systems (training provided)
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
