Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments during assigned shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
- Participate in shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required for role)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Must pass background check and drug screening
