Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and modify booking systems
- Answer multi-line phone calls and direct inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, reporting)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
