Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in/out using our property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Answer multi-line phones and address guest inquiries promptly
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
