Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with exceptional service
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Monitor security procedures and ensure lobby area is well-maintained
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we train all team members!
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
