Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings and check-in/out services to hotel guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and urgency
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and presentation
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) to maintain accurate guest data
