Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain a pristine lobby environment.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service excellence.
