- Maintain accurate guest records using our proprietary PMS system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Zero hospitality experience required – we train from day one!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
