Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service delivery
- Upsell hotel amenities, rooms, and services to maximize revenue
- Maintain organized front desk operations including key management and communications
- Assist with group check-ins and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for transportation duties)
