Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and room assignments via PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Maintain a pristine front desk and lobby area
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
