As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they arrive. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, so prior hotel experience is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain the front desk area in a pristine condition.
- Enforce hotel safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing and answering multi-line phone systems.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and trainability over history.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
