Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/check out hotel guests with exceptional professionalism
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera) efficiently for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
- Assist during emergencies and implement safety protocols as needed
Qualifications
