Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to guests
- Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy (training provided on hotel systems)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
