Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle phone inquiries, take reservations, and respond to emails promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and printing folios.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
