- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our property management software.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and any special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
