Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries, take accurate reservations, and manage the front desk console.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily reports.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a strong willingness to learn is required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
