Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our proprietary hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area information to guests
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
