Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly.
- Handle reservations and modify existing bookings as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
